Is the paid plan a one-time purchase?
No. The paid plan is a monthly subscription. Your plan stays active while the subscription is billed successfully each month.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. The paid plan includes 1 month free. After the free month ends, the subscription continues automatically and is billed monthly unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
How many devices can I use with the paid plan?
The paid plan can be used on up to 5 devices. This is intended for one person account using Licobox across their own development machines.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel your paid plan from the Licobox billing dashboard. After cancellation, paid plan access remains available until the end of the current billing period.
What payment methods are supported?
Currently, payments are processed through Polar, which supports the payment methods available for your country and account during checkout.
Supported options are shown in the secure Polar checkout before you confirm your subscription.
