By accessing, installing, or using Licobox (a.k.a “the Software”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use Licobox.
License and Restrictions
Section titled “License and Restrictions”a. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for its intended purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
b. You must not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code from the Software.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software.
- Copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, lease, or otherwise redistribute the Software or any part of it.
- Remove, alter, or obscure proprietary notices or branding.
- Use the Software in any unlawful or unauthorized manner.
Intellectual Property and Ownership
Section titled “Intellectual Property and Ownership”We retain full ownership of Licobox, including its name, logo, software, and all associated intellectual property, as well as any modifications, updates, or improvements to it. Your license to use Licobox does not transfer any ownership rights to you. We reserve the right to grant licenses or other rights in Licobox to third parties.
Alpha Features
Section titled “Alpha Features”a. The Software may include features labeled as alpha, experimental, or pre-release (“Alpha Features”).
b. Alpha Features are provided for testing and evaluation purposes and may:
- Contain bugs, errors, or incomplete functionality.
- Be limited to certain users or usage conditions.
- Be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
- Provide limited or no support.
c. Your use of Alpha Features is at your own risk, and you acknowledge that such features may not perform as intended.
Payment and Refund Policy
Section titled “Payment and Refund Policy”License payments are processed through Polar. By purchasing a license, you agree to Polar’s applicable terms and privacy policy.
Licobox may offer a one-month free trial, after which your subscription will automatically begin unless you cancel before the trial period ends. To request a trial extension, please contact us at [email protected].
Refunds: We encourage you to try the software before making an informed purchase decision. All purchases are non-refundable.
Termination
Section titled “Termination”We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Software at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Software.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Section titled “Disclaimer of Warranties”The Software is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Software will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
Section titled “Limitation of Liability”To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Software.
Applicability of Terms
Section titled “Applicability of Terms”These Terms apply to:
- All current versions of the Software.
- All previous versions of the Software.
- All future updates, upgrades, patches, and releases of the Software unless replaced by updated Terms.
- Continued use of the Software after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Changes to Terms
Section titled “Changes to Terms”We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will become effective upon publication. Your continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
